Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in sales, specifically within the realms of SEO, CRO, Web Development, and Web Design. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Pay Scale is 70/30 Base/Commission

70% of the base pay is hourly (BASE:  $45,760)

30% of the pay is commission (OTE:  $21,600)

Total Compensation at OTE:  $67,360

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop proposals and deliver customized solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in the digital marketing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, CRO, Web Development, and Web Design.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
