BigCommerce Access for Brod Solutions
The guide to adding access for the Brod Solutions team to get working on your BigCommerce store.
At Brod Solutions we take security seriously. By having two different accounts on your BigCommerce store, we have the ability to manage your store effectively.
A Super Admin account has the most permissions, allowing our team to change the entire setup. This account is only accessible by the management team.
Please Create the Following New Users:
Email: superadmin@brodsolutions.com
Role: Store Administrator
Permissions:
Keep all default permissions, then add:
- Create store-level API accounts
- List store-level API accounts
- Launch Applications
- Install Applications
Our Developers will gain access with this custom account, with permissions granted for the day-to-day work done by our team members. Please create this second account with the following permissions.
Email: developer@brodsolutions.com
Role: Custom
Permissions:
- Store Design
- Design Mode
- Manage, Create, Edit Products
If we need further permissions in the future to work on your BigCommerce store, then Super Admin will provide more permissions.
