Digital Content Creator (Social Media)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Creator who will be responsible for producing and publishing various types of digital content. In this position, you will be expected to collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with the company's goals. You will also be responsible for creating engaging and informative content, including blog posts, social media posts, and videos. 

• Create and publish engaging content for various digital platforms including social media, blogs, and websites
• Collaborate with the management team to develop content strategies that align with business goals
• Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure content is relevant and effective
• Produce high-quality multimedia content including images, videos, and infographics
• Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content
• Monitor and analyze the performance of content and adjust strategies as needed
• Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and trends and incorporate them into content strategies and tactics
• Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and meets accessibility standards

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Experience with content management systems (CMS)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software
• Experience with video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Understanding of visual design principles and best practices
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for creating engaging and innovative digital content
• Must be able to attend in-person at least twice a week in Kalamazoo Michigan

• Training included:  in person once a week and shadowing others
• Holiday pay
• Ability to convert to Junior Employee after 6-months probation
