Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsible for driving traffic, improving search visibility, and optimizing ad performance
We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist with expertise in driving traffic to online stores. This role is responsible for inbound traffic from Paid Ads, Paid Social, Organic and Social channels.
You have proven skills in selecing keywords, writing copy and improving organic search visibility using tools like SEMRush, AHREFS, Moz.
You have a proven track record with optimizing Ad performance, managing budgets, allocation and ad spend to maximize ROI for clients on Ad platforms: Google, Meta, Reddit, Bing, Pinterest, LinkedIn or TikTok.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of ranking factors, search algorithms, and paid search strategy.
- Experience running Ad campaigns, allocating budgets and making changes beyond recommendations.
- Proficiency with Analytics, reading metrics and finding insights and gaps.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link building.
- Stay up-to-date on search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the team on ad copy, landing pages, and content that aligns with client goals.
- Manage Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns with a focus on ROI, ROAS, and conversion.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to find success.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website and campaign performance for all parts of the funnel.
