The Opportunity

Brod Solutions is a lean eCommerce agency helping US-based manufacturers grow on Shopify and BigCommerce. Our work is built on Revenue Clarity — finding the break in a client's business and fixing it.

 

This is the operational core of a growing agency with real systems, real clients, and a clear growth path. You'll work directly with the founder, own client relationships, and keep multiple projects moving at once, while learning how a modern eCommerce agency actually operates.

 

We're not looking for someone who has done this before. We're looking for someone smart enough to learn fast, organized enough that nothing slips, and personable enough that clients look forward to hearing from them.

 

Core Responsibilities

• Client communication:  You're the day-to-day point of contact. Clients should feel informed, confident, and well-managed.
• Project coordination:  Keep tasks, timelines, and team members on track inside our PM tool (Accelo).
• Schedule management:  Prioritize and set due dates, flag blockers, and push projects across the finish line on time.
• Team coordination:  Translate requests and projects into clear assignments for our dev, design, and analytics team members.
• Client satisfaction:  Arrive everyday willing and able to help our clients be successful and happy.

 

Who You Are

• Naturally organized:  You make lists, you follow up, nothing falls through the cracks.
• Great communicator:  Warm, clear, and confident on calls and in writing.
• Digitally literate:  You understand what SEO, paid ads, email, and eCommerce websites are and you want to go deeper.
• Self-starter: You don't wait to be told what to do next. You've worked in or around a fast-moving, scrappy environment and you liked it.
• Kalamazoo-area preferred, but open to fully remote for the right person.

 

This Role is Not for Everyone

• A passive role:  Clients and teammates are counting on you to keep things moving.
• A design, dev, or copywriting role:  You're the one making sure those people deliver.
• A corporate environment:  You work directly with the founder, and we trust each other.

You'll own client outcomes, work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder on strategy, and build relationships that shape how this company scales. Our PM 3.0 framework is a systemized approach to handling varied client requests in a clear, repeatable flow, easy to learn, satisfying to run.

 

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $25/hour based on experience ($52,000/year+)
• Full-time
