We're a DTC eCommerce agency specializing in Shopify, BigCommerce, and WordPress for manufacturers and direct-to-consumer brands. We deliver high-impact growth engagements (Spark) and recurring managed services (Web Care Plans) to brands generating $2M–$20M in annual revenue. We're lean, technical, and results-focused. Our positioning is "Revenue Clarity" — we find the break in a client's business and fix it in 90 days.

 

The Role

As Project Manager, you'll be at the operational core of Brod Solutions; responsible for owning client success, project delivery, team coordination, and internal systems. This role exists because we're growing, and we want to grow well. You'll ensure every client engagement runs on time and on target while our founder focuses on sales and strategy.

This is not an administrative role. You'll make decisions about delivery, manage timelines, coordinate technical work, and help clients hit their revenue goals. When something is at risk, you catch it early and course-correct.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Client Success & Delivery: Own on-time, on-scope, on-target outcomes across all active engagements.
  • Project Management: Manage milestones and tasks, approve time, handle priorities and scope changes.
  • Team Coordination: Assign work, set priorities, and document project specs clearly.
  • Communication: Serve as the single point of contact for clients — lead calls, maintain consistent follow-through.

 

What You Bring

Required

  • 2+ years of project management experience in agency, SaaS, or eCommerce environment
  • Proven ability to manage technical projects without being technical yourself
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with PM tools such as Accelo, Asana, or similar platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without things slipping
  • Detail-oriented — you catch inconsistencies and risks before they become problems
  • Familiarity with digital marketing (paid ads, email, SEO) is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • $30-35/hour based on experience ($62,400-72,800/year)
