Every time they added a new plant variety, adjusted pricing, or updated inventory, they had to repeat the task twice, creating a constant risk of errors and inconsistencies. On the front end, they maintained two almost-identical storefronts, meaning design tweaks, promotional campaigns, and troubleshooting efforts all had to be duplicated. To complicate matters further, their existing WordPress theme wasn’t optimized for mobile or for guiding customers smoothly through the buying process, resulting in lower engagement and higher cart abandonment rates.
